SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Raise Your Game To The Next Level 

Sports performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sport. Movement is key, and this program focuses on athletes changing directions, changing levels, and improving balance, which is so crucial in sports. 


The goal is to help athletes of all levels shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build speed, agility, quickness, flexibility, strength and power.

The sports performance training programs provide individualized training based on personal goals and sport-specific demands.

Coach Jason has coached numerous NFL, college football, college baseball and professional basketball players.

Sport Techniques and Fundamentals

With over 20 years of coaching Football, Baseball, Basketball and being a Physical Education teacher, I have noticed a tremendous need for young athletes to improve their Fundamental Movement Skills. Some of these skills are running, jumping, lateral movement, throwing, catching, and striking.

The goal of the Sport Specific Training program is to teach athletes fundamental movement skills involved with their sport. 

With Sport Specific training, athletes will also be taught the correct skills and techniques used in their sport. Whether it is fielding and throwing a baseball, perfecting a basketball jump shot or running football routes, the coaching the young athlete will get is unparalleled.

FUN FIT SPORTS TRAINING FOR ADULTS

Have Fun, Workout, and Play Sports


This program takes the workout principles used by professional athletes and combines it with on-field sports drills from Football, Basketball, Soccer, etc. You will improve your fitness, cardiovascular heath, muscle strength, flexibility and core stability through proven yet challenging exercises and sports conditioning drills.

The Goal of Fit Fun Sports training is to improve fitness by performing professional sports drills and workouts and having fun.

Go from a dynamic warm-up to rope slams, to agility ladders, to core training, to doing full court basketball lay-up drills, to even running routes and catching footballs. Bring a friend, add a defender, increase the intensity and fun.

Time will fly by as you get the best shape of your life!

PERSONAL TRAINING

One on One or Small Group Training for Adults

With the personal training program, we will develop an individualized fitness program that incorporate cutting-edge exercises to help you reach your fitness goals.

My toolbox includes weighted battle ropes, kettlebells, resistance bands, hurdles, ladders and more.

Bring a friend or two and we can create a small group training atmosphere where you and your friends push each other to get great workouts and results.

 

ABOUT ME

Coach Jason graduated from UNLV with a degree in Physical Education, where he was also a member of the Rebel Football Team. He has coached and/or personal trained numerous NFL, NBA, WNBA, Major League Baseball and collegiate athletes. Jason has worked with nation's top strength coaches, trained athletes for speed alongside a former Olympic Gold Medalist, as-well-as coached with and played for a some of the most well regarded NCAA and NFL football coaches. He has also been a Physical Education Teacher for over 20 years.

WE PUT THE FUN IN FUNDAMENTALS 

Since 2004, Coach Andy's Assist Athletics has been providing unique classes and camps aimed at giving kids the best possible sports experience. We coach youth sports programs for athletes and kids of all ages. Our coaches have over 40 years combined experience working with athletes of all ages and levels. Assist Athletics offers a variety of programs for After School Sports and Sport Camps. We also teach Physical Education Programs and offer Excellent Sport Birthday Parties.
